At ReshamNagari, we are committed to delivering exceptional quality and satisfaction through our legacy Banarasi collections. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns
We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a returun

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it

It must be in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact

Return requests must be initiated by emailing us at officialreshamnagari@gmail.com with your Order ID and reason for return

Note: Customized or made-to-order products are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

The amount will be refunded via the original payment method

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different product, please return the original item and place a new order separately.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with images of the product and packaging at officialreshamnagari@gmail.com. We'll ensure a prompt resolution.

Late or Missing Refunds
